The twinning visitors from Lizy will be arriving in the afternoon at approximately 4.30 pm, at the Gardiner Memorial Hall, High Street, Burwell.

SATURDAY 29^th APRIL

DAY

Trip to Norwich, leaving Burwell Village College at approximately 9.00 am

Arriving back at the College car park at approximately 6.00 pm.

We will be dropped off in the centre of Norwich, but the coach will then park some distance outside the city during the day. (Bear in mind that if you take picnic lunches, that you will have to carry them around Norwich and find a suitable location to picnic).

We will be picked up by the coach at the dropping off point at approximately 4.00 pm.

EVENING - 7.30 - 11.00 pm

Ceilidh and Buffet Supper at the Gardiner Memorial Hall

£10 per head inclusive (no charge for French guests)

Open to all BVTA members, not just this year's hosts

Dancing to the music of "Dangerous Circles".

Bring a bottle and/or soft drinks.

SUNDAY 30^th APRIL

DAY

Hosts spend time with their guests - a relaxing day visiting local places of interest, returning to Burwell in good time to attend the evening event, which starts at 7.00 pm

N.B.

Light refreshments only will be available from about 9.00 pm at the Concert on the Sunday night (30^th April). So if you are hosting please provide your guests with an adequate meal during the day on Sunday, i.e. Sunday lunch or equivalent.

EVENING - 7.00 -11.00 pm

10^th Anniversary Concert at Burwell Village College

£5.00 per head inclusive - (no charge for French guests)

Open to all BVTA members, not just this year's hosts

Musical entertainment, and live music and dancing
